2. Event Services & Planning
Goa Production House provides event planning, design, and coordination services. All specific deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules will be outlined in a separate, customized contract tailored to your specific event.
3. Furniture & Decor Rentals
All rental items from “The Missing Garnish” remain the property of Goa Production House. Clients are responsible for any damage or loss of items during the rental period. A security deposit may be required and will be outlined in your rental agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Goa Production House and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Goa Production House, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
